Terms & Conditions

This page sets out the conditions under which this website may be used, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Information about the website operator

This website is owned and operated by Digital Craft Agency SRL, a company registered in Romania, with its registered office at Str. Verigei nr. 3, sector 5, București, registered with the Trade Register under number J40/5330/2017, sole registration code RO37403193 (hereinafter the “Operator”, “we” or “the company”).

You can contact us by email at contact@cc.digitalcraft.marketing.

2. Definitions

In this document, the terms below have the following meaning:

  • Site — the set of web pages accessible at this domain, together with all subdomains, functionality and related content;
  • User — any natural or legal person accessing the Site, regardless of the purpose of access and of the existence of a contractual relationship with the Operator;
  • Content — texts, images, graphics, visual identity elements, page structures, source code, databases and any other materials published on the Site;
  • Services — the activities presented on the Site and provided by the Operator under separate contractual agreements, concluded independently of this document;
  • Personal data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

3. Acceptance of the terms

Accessing and using the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please stop using the Site.

Acceptance operates through mere browsing, without the need for express confirmation. For certain functionality — such as submitting a contact form — we will ask you for a separate, explicit confirmation, which is in addition to, and does not replace, the general acceptance.

This document is not a contractual offer and does not, in itself, give rise to any obligation to provide any service. Contractual relationships arise solely through a distinct agreement of the parties.

4. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informative and presentational in nature. Its purpose is to describe the Operator’s activity, the services offered and the means of contact.

The information published is general in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, tax, medical, technical or other specialised advice tailored to an individual situation. Any decision taken on the basis of the information on the Site remains the sole responsibility of the User.

Prices, timelines, availability and service characteristics mentioned on the Site are indicative and do not bind the Operator, except where they are expressly confirmed, in writing, in an individual offer.

5. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to access and consult the Site for your own personal or professional purposes, in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

You may reproduce short extracts of the Content for the purpose of quotation, provided you clearly indicate the source and insert an active link to the original page, within the limits permitted by Articles 33-38 of Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.

6. Prohibited conduct

The Site may not be used in any of the following ways:

  • reproducing, distributing, publishing, modifying or commercially exploiting the Content, in whole or in part, without the Operator’s prior written consent;
  • systematically extracting data by automated means — robots, crawlers, scraping scripts — other than indexing performed by public search engines in compliance with the robots.txt file;
  • any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site’s infrastructure, to accounts, databases or components of the IT system;
  • introducing malicious code, viruses, trojans or any element liable to affect the operation of the Site;
  • generating a disproportionate volume of traffic, liable to affect the availability of the Site for other users;
  • submitting through the Site’s forms any illegal, defamatory or obscene content, content inciting hatred, or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
  • using the contact details published on the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications.

Breach of this section may result in access being blocked, as well as civil or criminal liability under the law.

7. Intellectual property

The entire Content of the Site is protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as well as by legislation on trademarks and industrial designs.

Intellectual property rights over the Content belong to the Operator or to third parties who have granted it a right of use. No provision of this document transfers any intellectual property right to the User.

The trade name, logo and other elements identifying the Operator may not be used without written consent, including for commercial reference, comparison or advertising purposes.

If you believe that a material published on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at contact@cc.digitalcraft.marketing, indicating the contested material, the basis of the right invoked and your contact details. We will review the notice and promptly remove the material if the complaint proves well-founded.

8. Forms and communications

By submitting a form available on the Site you declare that the information provided is true, complete and belongs to you, or that you have the right to communicate it.

Submitting a form does not constitute acceptance of an offer and does not create contractual obligations. It represents a contact request, to which we will respond within a reasonable time, without committing to a fixed deadline.

Email communications are not fully encrypted along their route and may be intercepted. Please do not send, through forms or by email, sensitive data — health information, financial data, passwords or access codes.

9. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to web pages operated by third parties. These links are provided solely for the User’s convenience.

We exercise no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites and assume no responsibility for them. Accessing such a link is at the User’s own risk, and from the moment you leave the Site the terms of the destination site apply.

10. Availability of the Site

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site operational, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

The Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, due to technical faults, incidents at the hosting provider or events of force majeure. We are not liable for damage arising from unavailability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or permanently discontinue, in whole or in part, the Site and its functionality, without prior notice.

11. Limitation of liability

The Content of the Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or fitness of the Content for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for direct or indirect damage, loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, except where the law establishes liability that cannot be excluded.

This limitation does not remove liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, nor the rights granted to consumers by mandatory rules.

12. Protection of personal data

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 190/2018.

Full information on the categories of data processed, the purposes, legal bases, storage periods, recipients and the rights you have is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

For any request regarding your personal data you can write to us at contact@cc.digitalcraft.marketing.

13. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. How they work, the categories used and the means by which you can express, change or withdraw your consent are described in the Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, without individual notice.

The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date of the last update is indicated at the top of the document. Continuing to use the Site after a revised version is published constitutes acceptance of it.

We recommend that you review this page periodically. Changes do not have retroactive effect on contractual relationships already concluded.

15. Partial invalidity

If a provision of these Terms is declared void, illegal or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions remain in force and continue to have effect. The affected provision will be replaced by a valid one that reflects, as closely as possible, the original intention of the parties.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Romanian law.

Disputes arising from the use of the Site are settled amicably. Failing an amicable solution, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts at the Operator’s registered office, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules establish different jurisdiction.

17. Handling complaints

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us directly first, at contact@cc.digitalcraft.marketing. We will review the matter and respond within no more than 30 calendar days.

As a consumer, you also have the right to turn to:

  • the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — anpc.ro;
  • alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entities, under Government Ordinance no. 38/2015.

Referring a matter to these entities does not affect your right to bring proceedings before the courts.
